Return and refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn or unused)

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at support@updateavenues.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending the item back. Please do not send any items back without receiving return authorization, as these will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Undergarments, socks, or worn items

  • Final sale items or gift cards

We also do not sell food, flowers, plants, hazardous materials, or custom/personalized items—so such exceptions are not applicable to our store.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order after your return is accepted. This ensures the fastest processing and delivery.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must still be in original, unused condition with tags and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
