SPECIFICATIONS

After-sales three guarantees (return, refund, repair) :
1. “Three Packages of Validity” provides that the “three packages of validity” shall be calculated from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer and shall be one year.
2. Free replacement parts service refers to: the seller provides free parts, and the buyer repairs or replaces them by itself; Partial refund without return means: only half of the corresponding product value of the defective product is returned without refunding the freight; Full refund and return refers to the return and full refund of all faulty products, and the buyer shall bear the full freight of the return.
3. “7-day” rule: Within the 7-day validity period of “Three Guarantees”, if the product cannot be used normally due to lack of parts or product performance failure, the buyer can choose free replacement parts service (freight borne by the seller); Partial refund without return; Full refunds and returns.
4. “30 days” principle: In the “three guarantees” 8-30 days validity period, due to performance failure can not normally use the product, the buyer can choose free replacement parts service (freight borne by the buyer); Partial refunds without returns.
5. The “360 Days” rule stipulates that the “Three Guarantees” is valid for 31-360 days. For products that cannot be used normally due to performance failure, the buyer can only choose free replacement parts service (freight borne by the buyer).
6. The “5-year” rule stipulates that the “Three guarantees” is valid for 1-5 years. For products that fail and can not be used normally, the buyer can only choose parts replacement service (accessories need to be paid for purchase, freight borne by the buyer).
