• The item arrives damaged or defective
• You receive an incorrect item
• The item is significantly different from its description

What Is Not Covered

Purchase Protection does not apply to:

• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
• Incorrect orders caused by customer-provided information
• Delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure events
• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
• Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier but claimed as missing

How to File a Claim

To request Purchase Protection:

2. Provide your order number
3. Describe the issue clearly
4. Attach photos or evidence if applicable

Claims must be submitted within X days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

• A full or partial refund
• A replacement item
• Store credit (if applicable)

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
