A:This camera only supports 2.4Ghz netowrk, 5Ghz is not supported. If you are using dual-band netowrk, please make sure the camera connect to the 2.4Ghz network.

Q:Is the sd card included ? Which kind of sd card should I use? A:No, this camera doesn't include the SD card, you need to order it by yourselfy.

Q:Why this camera does not record for 24/7 continuous?

A:For battery cameras, if the camera does not detect any movement in front of it, the camera will automatically enter sleep mode to save battery. Battery cameras record continuously for a long time will speed up the speed of battery depletion.

Q:Does this wireless outdoor camera support RTSP/ONVIF/NVR/FTP? A:Not support RTSP / ONVIF / NVR / FTP, only support TF card and cloud storage.

Q:What should I do if the camera is not recording/detecting motions?

A:1. Enable motion detection in camera Settings
2. Wake up from sleep mode.
3. Stop viewing in Live stream.
4. Verify if there is a protective film on the camera lens, peel it off if present.
5. Ensure camera is connected to a stable network.

Q:Camera solar panel not charging?

A:1. After receiving the camera, charge it with a 5V plug for 8-10 hours, and then install it after it is fully charged 2. The installation location of the solar panel needs to be fully covered by sunlight 3. The camera should not be facing the road to avoid excessive false alarms and excessive power consumption 4.
