1. Order Protection

When you place an order with us, you are protected in the following ways:

  • All shipments are tracked from dispatch to delivery
  • We only work with verified logistics partners

2. You Are Protected If:

We will support you if:

  • Your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe
  • You receive the wrong item

4. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed or appears missing:

  • Allow extra time for international shipping delays

We will investigate and assist you accordingly.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will review and offer a replacement or refund where applicable

6. Refund & Resolution

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Replacements are shipped at no extra cost (if applicable)
